手作松软面包 . fluffy Bread Loaf
没有想到不用费劲手揉也可以做出松软面包。这个疫情让我有了足够的时间尝试之前想要做的事情。
400克面粉
12克糖
1克盐
83克热水
混合上面的材料,置于一边备用
167克牛奶用微波炉热30秒到温
3克酵母
2只鸡蛋
混合
把以上两种材料混合,静置温暖的地方20分钟,放入50克融化黄油,乘不粘手摔打5分钟,再放在温暖的地方静止一小时
准备两杯干面粉,把面团分成三份开始揉面,每个面团不要超过2分钟的揉搓,
整形放入吐司盒,再静置40分钟,放入230度烘烤40分钟。
I found this great fluffy bread loaf recipe from MAGIC INGREDIENT. Don’t need to knead for too long.
400g flour + 12g sugar + 1g salt, mix with 1 cup hot water
167g milk microwave 30 seconds till warm + 3 g yeast + 2 eggs
Mix the above two ingredients. Let it rise at warm area for 20 minutes. The dough will be very sticky at the time. Mix in 50 g melted butter and beat it for 5 minutes. And let it rise for another hour.
Prepare 2 cups of flour and separate the dough into three. Knead them for about 1-2 minutes. Pile them in box. Let them rise for 40 minutes.
Preheat the oven and bake it at 375f for 40 minutes.
