巴斯克奶酪蛋糕 . Basque cheesecake
巴斯克奶酪蛋糕的精华部分就是烧焦的地方,当然不是那种焦炭,而是适当的焦糊。这种焦糊可以中和奶酪蛋糕的甜腻。
这个配方非常简单,我们只准备了20分钟就把它送进了烤箱,当然最好吃的时候出现在烤制出来后,再冷藏三小时。
以下是配方:
400克奶油奶酪
90克糖
2只鸡蛋
2只蛋黄
200克奶油
10克面粉
230摄氏度40分钟

Maika and me made this super easy basque cheesecake within 1 hour. We only spent around 20 minutes on preparing the materials and put the batter in oven.
All you need is:
400g cream cheese
90g sugar
2 eggs
2 yolks
200g heavy cream
10g all purpose flour
40 minutes in 450 f oven
Serve before chilling in fridge for about 3 hours.
